Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation 2+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 2 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of $35.00 will be applied. 2. On-Site & No-Show Policy Once the Notary has arrived at the location, the Travel Fee associated with your tier is non-refundable and due in full, regardless of whether the notarization is completed. Tier 1: $65.00 Tier 2: $85.00 Tier 3: $115.00 An additional $25.00 administrative fee may be applied if the signing cannot proceed due to missing identification, incomplete documents, or the signer being unwilling or unable to sign. 3. Wait Time Grace Period: The first 10 minutes of wait time are included. Extended Wait: $15.00 will be charged for every 15-minute increment thereafter. Maximum Wait: After 30 minutes, the appointment will be considered a "No-Show," and the full Tiered Travel Fee will be charged. 5. Payment Terms All cancellation or no-show fees must be settled within 24 hours. Outstanding balances must be cleared before any future mobile or remote services are scheduled. Flat rate includes travel, tolls, and the first notarized signature. No hidden fees at the door.
